Thirty-two teams participated in the 15th annual Mike Reid Softball Tournament. The team from East Greenfield won the A Division final 9-8 over the Latenites. Tournament MVP was Darcy Mott. The Tom Walls Trophy for pitching went to Bill Hennessy. The Dodgers won the B Division final. Over $19,000 was raised for Montreal's MacKay Centre.
